Did the 8-K mention anything about the Russian market?

A recent survey of children monitored by Moscow clinics for drug
addicts indicates that 53 percent of the youths studied consume
drugs with opium, while 39 percent take injected heroin. Street
Children, the Moscow city center, said six of every 100 children
surveyed were using drugs prior to age 12. The pollsters plan to
survey about 1,500 children in the eighth through eleventh forms
in 12 secondary schools, as well as children held in temporary
detention centers run by the Moscow Interior Department.
