Teddy,

The New York Times reported today that Global had the third highest number of open short interest positions of any NASDAQ stock as of 4/15/99. Open positions in Global went from 4,043,624 on 3/15/99 to 10,174,314 on 4/15/99.

Now, someone tell me what all this means. I've seen this kind of information pitched as either good or bad depending on who is doing the talking.
