International English

Hi Searle,

'Don't hold your breath' is an expression here that means if you hold your breath you will die before it happens, or in this case I am not holding my breath meant I was not counting on it to happen.

'Darn hard to put pressure on your banker when he holds your loans' meant that I think the bankers and the central banks are almost one and the same. Since most of these mining companies have substantial debt from their banks, the banks would not take kindly to moves that might hurt the central banks leasing positions.

With respect to the EMA, it indicates to me that the decline may be over but we are currently moving sideways. To me that is a change of trend, but not yet a reversal.

Sorry ... I will try to speak 'International' English from now on.
