An interesting example of Business Wire is the non-reporting penny stock MXNT. Take a look at their releases. On the bottom of each one you will see the link, NASDAQ:MNXT, yet in some releases it will be noted they are actually OTC:BB. I have no knowledge why they permit it. MXNT is an active customer...Hopefully we will learn more about Business Wire through this lawsuit. If they proof read releases they would be aware of how inconsistent releases sometimes are. If they do not proof read, I wonder if someone contacted them and made a fuss over the April Fool's prank?
