Gord - Why do you think that ABZ's claims are complete garbage and WSP's are 100% true? As maintenance said so well it will all depend on which side, if either, can prove that their version of events is the factual one. Contracts are nowhere near as simple as you seem to think. Ever heard of a prenuptual agreement that was thrown out even though both parties understood what they were doing at the time it was signed? Bottom line is that if ABZ can prove that they were operating as they always had then WSP loses. If WSP can prove otherwise then WSP wins. I'm betting it's settled before they get into court and that the deal is seen as a victory for ABZ.
