BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1999--Cybergames, Inc. (OTC BB:CYGA) is pleased to announce that in partnership with Worldnet Casinos, Inc. (OTC BB: RIHI), they have licensed their "Super 6" (super6.net) lotto game to ten Internet casinos. Cybergames will receive 37 1/2 % of all profits generated from play from all ten casinos.

"Super 6" will be online for game play on or about May 1, 1999. Cybergames, Inc. will be offering the games to their clientele and have "Super 6" on site at a total of 11 casinos. This should result in substantial profits to Cybergames, Inc. without any additional capital or marketing costs.

Cybergames owns and operates three hotel-based casinos in Costa Rica and one cyber casino based in the Dominican Republic (in partnership) and one Internet casino based in Costa Rica. In addition, they are developing four Internet cyber casinos to be based in Dominica, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic. Cybergames will also be operating two major charity Bingo and Keno games benefiting the Red Cross of the Americas, Children's Cancer Institute, Make a Wish Foundation, and Drug Rehabilitation Centers in Costa Rica.
