BRCM is experiencing the EXACT same sequence of events that CUBE experienced three years ago. Three years ago CUBE also enjoyed a bloated PE (95 I think) and they too used their inflated stock price as currency for an invaluable acquisition (remember Divicom). As far as "soft skills" being more important than technology. Pass down that BRCM joint to me so I can get the courage to go long BRCM.
