Gord... No one is forced to divulgate their entire case/proof before going to court.. the papers filed are NOT a complete defense but simply proof that a court hearing is necessary to solve this problem.. Aber's argumentation is NOT completely spelled out in these pre-trail hearings.. dont be naive : when the actual trial begins only then will we learn of Abers arguments in detail. They will claim a gross error was comitted by an employee ( since fired) and they will win no problem. It is against public order and good morale to strip an entity of it's proprety simply because of a gross error.
