You are right no one knows... I found one on my global scan / chart
TA ... No thread .... Nothing on SI ... No one even remotely talking
about it that I can't find it on IRC or anywhere. There is some
serious money coming in this one. Came up to a buck on tiny volume
and been holding there ever since. Trying to get a grip on it, with
the pipeline in Russia done .. who knows.
