Even if Comcast win the bid war over MediaOne, it doens't make business sense to give up 14 million shares of ATHM stock. It would be benefitial for Comcast to keep the leverage of ATHM stake and at the same time leave MediaOne running on Road Runner. So what do we ATHM stock holder worry about?
