American Diversified Group Inc. announces shipment of products to Guinea
STAMFORD, Conn.--(HealthWire)--March 3, 1997--American Diversified Group Inc. (OTC BB:ADGI) Monday announced that it has shipped
samples of pharmaceutical products pursuant to its initial orders of $800,000 from the Republic of Guinea.
The shipment of samples will be followed by delivery of products beginning in March 1997 under continuing orders from the Republic of
Guinea for generic pharmaceuticals, vitamins, human serum albumin and test kits.
In order to fulfill these orders, and the commitment ADGI has received for additional orders for pharmaceutical products totaling up to $15
million from the Republic of Guinea and other West African nations during 1997, ADGI will utilize 10-15 pharmaceutical manufacturers in
the United States, Canada and Mexico, and is exploring arrangements with manufacturers in China.
ADGI's principal business efforts involve the distribution of medical products, including generic pharmaceuticals and vitamins, human
serum albumin and FDA approved test kits, principally for the international pharmaceutical export market.
