Richard : 1st looked at this stock when it was rochester minerals. at that time several people on SI thought it was the 2nd coming. i looked into it a bit and found that they had alot of debt. as i recall they had to borrow the money to pay HEC for their 25% share. the stock rose from $1 or $1.50 to about $2 or so. sorry if these numbers are not correct as my memory fails me every now and then. don't know what happened to the stock to beat it down to level of .25 where it was when i 1st commented to MF on it. maybe the stock has capacity to return to the previous level of 1.50 i do not know. right now i'm waiting on several other "pennies". have fun at the mxam agm next week. regards, RFB
