Mr. Ounce,

Obviously, many of us are concerned about the volatility and price of the stock itself, and the court length is a large factor in what happens to it. I think it would be a good strategy for 'foes' to slow things down, but also not necessarily, because even though I am not a lawyer, I would believe all settlements -would- be retroactive as courts have to deal with time issues constantly.
