go intel celeron great cpu great price dont know much about cyrix but for gaming any intel product will smoke amd, pentium 2 512L2 cache read at half speed, celeron 128k L2 cache read at full speed, on the voodoo3 2000 youll get more frames per second on the celeron 400 than the pentium 400, tomshardware has a comparison chart of the cpu's www5.tomshardware.com/releases/99q1/990114/cpu-overview-08.html
