Ron,

I seem to remember that JJ and his partner Matt Walters are owners of the J/L process. JJ is behind Fr. Gregory. If and when they get power, I believe that you will see some sort of merger between naxos and MG.

It is my opinion that J/L has zero value outside of creating wealth for its owners at the shareholders expense.
