Ron's latest (excepting the press release):
Gang, I personally smelled a sample of the waste oil feedstock that the above results came from. It was very thick, nasty, smelly stuff. If they can produce high quality diesel from that stuff, the "normal stuff" will be a breeze.
The company is currently running a variety of waste oil products through its processor, and sending the fuel samples to the labs for results.
A utility company has/is been sending several loads of waste oil from its operation in NJ for GRNO to process. The results of these tests will likely be forthcoming and determinate on potential purchases of equipment. I would not feel comfortable commenting on the specifics of this deal as I understand them, but it is for multiple units.
However, I will mention that I spoke with a representive of one of GRNO's independent marketing agents and we discussed the variety of contacts that he has developed in various countries. All of these clients are apparently highly interested in obtaining a GRNO unit. I also had the priviledge of speaking with two institutional money managers who were interested in GRNO. We spoke for over 45 minutes on Friday afternoon where I received a general "atta-boy" for my level of knowledge on the company. They will likely be continuing their diligence and maybe I'll send them my resume.... :0)
GRNO will continue to conduct these test for at least the remainder of this week and will concentrate on opening up the parameters to explore production capacities. Bill has made no official comments on product flow capabilities of the machine, but if Pete McDonough's enthusiasm and confidence are any measure, we have an official "cash cow" (does that sound hypish?? ... cause in reality, it is the case)
Finally, as you may have noticed, I have been distinctly vague with many of my comments. There is good reason for this. Any commentary that I might have on GRNO business deals/customers falls out of my rights as a shareholder to discuss. And since I am obviously the highest visible shareholder out here, I am especially careful, lest I be accused of hyping or making comments that impact the company's ability to do business.
Business is good, and about to get a whole lot better. Many of the concerns that you may have had regarding manufacturing capacity, finalizalization of orders are on the front burner of GRNO's stove. They are also continuing their pursuit of NASDAQ listing and they will ultimately achieve it when the new standards take effect..
My best advice is for you to travel to Charleston and check it out for yourself. Mark Seyer went with me this weekend and from my observations and his comments, he was quite impressed. (see SI thread for his comments) Mark usually casts a healthy bit of skepticism on my main stock picks, but I believe that he has changed his perspective appreciably.... :0) We have seen further confirmation from Norman Hostetler, Charlie King and others who have traveled there to see what their hard $$ was buying. I believe they left impressed (again see SI discussion thread)
