It is possible someone is quietly accumulating.
A sideways price movement is ideal for this.
Discouraging others from buying would help the
price stay down. Getting former IOM supporters
to suddenly turn bearish would help even more.

After all, in 1996 IOM went way up because of
internet excitement. Maybe internet disillusionment
can be used to move it down or at least keep it
from going up. Until the Big Buyer is finished buying.

I could be way wrong on this. :)
But it's a possible scenario.
