Great news. The Release was only to say they can market it in a different way. The difference between this and the first post is "Highly accurate one-step H.pylori test cleared" the FDA is very precise on how a test can be marketed. The words "highly precise" were the words that both Astra-Merck and CMTR were waiting for. We all knew that there were some delays, this seems to be it. Hopefully we wil see a release from Astra-Merck that says they will start shipping the product. The problem is out of the way and the news we were waiting for is even closer. Astra-Merck is not marketing in Europe because they only market in the US. We can expect other agreements with marketing partners soon IMO. Looks like this could be the bottom we all were waiting for. As Always, Art
