A new thread started on Yahoo post.messages.yahoo.com . Another lawsuit? This corporate writ was filed with the court registry in Vancouver between April 15 and April 21, 1999. Information is from statements of claim. Plantiff: Houle Electric Ltd., 3735 Myrtle St., Burnaby Defendant: Magest Inc. (Inc. No. 947376) c/o Dundas St. E., Toronto; and Magest Inc. (Inc. 947376) c/o 11611 Twigg Place, Richmond Claim: $216,582.98 for material and labour supplied. ------------------------------------------------------------ How many different names could lawsuits be under? Is Magest a TTRIF subsidiary? Their address is of the Richmond TMP.
