Every respondent provided subsequent access to themselves via their SI address. The point is not that fraud was committed. The point is that making light of this and clearing the way for others to play the same "technique" with impunity opens the door wide to enabling fraud. The addresses ( in whatever fashion they were provided/deduced by the defendants ) WERE obtained with the use of willfully untrue information provided by the defendants to BW. The next "April Fools " joke may not be such an innocent prank. Do you doubt that it will be played again in deadly seriousness by others if not denounced now? I'm sure many others do not see it this way but the thread did solicit opinions, and I've provided one take on the situation. I'm movin on. Good luck to the defendants.
