ZSUN has not filed ANYTHING with the SEC. Not a 10K, not a 10Q, not an 8K, not a DEF14A, nothing. Where are your filings Cragun? Plus, with Jones Jensen as the auditors, their financials, if ever filed, will need to be extremely closely examined. Buyer Beware!
