Kiri - I have not heard of this service, but I'm also interested if you find out anything. I am trying Bedford's Index Trader's Edge for one month. It's mostly useful because he is so wrong that I worry if I am buying calls (or puts) when he is. I'm dropping his service after the month. Bedford also isn't accurate about his percent gains since 1/6/96, given that he had such consistent losses during February.
