I have been in contact with the ceo of APII, I expect we will have some favorable news in the future. As for IEIB, it had to get some attention. Fair value is much more than current price on both of these sleepers. BIPL, check the price today. Off the floor. I expect they will maybe take the whole thing private, maybe a little north of one dollar. Remember, they now have the cash to this real easy. And an extra $2 mil. when they sell the Penn. building. Or, maybe they buy something, like an internet company.<LOL> Actually, I think the ceo is sick of having to answer to shareholders, so taking her private seems to be a 60%+ bet. BPRX is very cheap here, in case you all forgot.
