Ron, With all due respect, and in the spirit of friendly converstion, you are assuming all the worst of naxos as fact, and all the best of MG as fact.
An example would be this, " Why take on anything else that has nothing but problems in it's portfolio when you know the big boys will come knockin without it!". The fact is, MG is a long way from proving anything, and there is no guarantee that anyone, let alone big boys, will come running. There is no independent, verified proof of any of MG's claims so far.
Also, I believe Lett is now on the board for MG. You don't know how many shares J/L own of MG, because the it has never been disclosed what they were paid for the process. Whatever it is, it's a significant amount of shares, because there was no cash to pay them with.
It is in J/L's financial interest to have Naxof brought into the fold as many of the owners of the process own significant shares of naxos.
As far as property is concerned, if you are a believer in J/L, none of it matters. The cinder cone is meaningless. Dr. Johnson is on record as saying that most of the world's deserts contain PM's, most at much higher concentrations than either FL or MG. He believes his process is the key and the individual property is meaningless. Of course most experts in the world would laugh at his assertions.
