What does it matter who developed the software?...
Listen Frenchtoast, why don't you see if you can get the little hamsters in your brain to run around the wheel a little faster so maybe you can understand this. Your employer, Mr. Tobin, said in a company press release that ZSUN programmers spent 4 months DEVELOPING the Swiftrade software.
"Mr Anthony L. Tobin, President and CEO of ZiaSun Technologies, said that the program had taken a team of Momentum programmers four months to develop and would incorporate a host of multi-lingual information features from one of the world's leading suppliers, including stock prices from all major markets, the latest financial news, charts, historical data and analysis."
He even leads investors to believe that ZSUN will be reselling the software.
"What we have developed is virtually a 'plug and play' on-line stock trading system for brokers around the world"
If ZSUN did not develop the software, and I guess we all agree they did not, then Mr. Tobin is an out and out LIAR. His quotes are misleading and material in that they state to investors that the "plug and play" software has value to the company and can be resold to "brokers around the world". Nowhere does it say anything about Amtek or anyone else in connection with developing the software. Make no mistake Frenchy baby, this means a lot to our friends at the SEC and it will surely be ZSUN's downfall. |
