<NORT> Even buying at 2 1/4...translates into a nice discount to UTI... Do the math...whats the problem buying UTI for 8 1/2? Sure beats 10.... Even if UTI sinks back down a little...it has the capacity to rebound quickly, which I don't think can be said for NORT. Both boards have approved the deal...so thats not a problem, and I don't think too many stockholders of NORT will turn the deal down...especially when a little thing like cash flow...was starting to be a problem...
