Yeah, right. Rather, it was a clever attempt to educate and caused significant amusement to many folks that have a grip on reality. Any damage to BW's reputation is of their own making in pursuing this ridiculous and harassing suit. OTOH, since PR is precisely their business, perhaps they truly believe that any publicity is "good" publicity. ;-)

And really, that reporter should have refrained from the gratuitous reference to the Pairgain criminal fraud that was obviously different in virtually every important respect.
