The name will change after the shareholder vote on the 29th, along with the other items in the proxy package.
In my opinion, the risk now is that Ron's restructuring efforts won't result in a profit, in spite of his belief otherwise. I believe he will produce a profit in the second quarter for the following reasons:
1) He is no longer focusing on nursing homes, and is instead becoming a medical services and supplies provider. This business has a much higher profit margin than nursing homes, which usually have none.
2) He has a lot of connections in the healthcare industry, where as Reggie didn't seem to.
3) He has already more than doubled the companies revenues, by acquiring companies that are already profitable, without assuming much new debt, and without issuing tens of millions of shares of stock.
4) He and the corporate officers have been very successful in the past , such that they don't need to take any salaries from the company. Stick with those who are successful.
5) All the officers only compensation is through stock options, which means that they only make money if we do.
I say give him a call at 1-800-900-1133, and talk to him. He's a really nice guy. He also reads this board occasionally, so you might try asking him questions here. He was not shy about posting on the YAHOO board.
