To All: I'm still thinking of moving to CyberCorp from Datek. Does anybody have experience using the CyberExchange method of placing a trade? If so, how is execution performance using CyberExchange? How long for a trade to fill? How long to cancel a trade?
Specifically, I'm thinking of using CyberX for Order Entry/Management and use my current Quote.com datafeed with "QCharts" and "Stock Watcher" for analysis. ("Stock Watcher" is my own custom application that uses the Quote.com real-time datafeed.) Although CyberTrader seems to have some nice tools, I'm concerned about performance and flexibility. For example, one of the CyberTrader tech support folks said that CyberTrader was limited to 7 LII screens. In QCharts, as a test, I opened 20 screens (things slowed down a bit, but it kept chugging). I can use StockWatcher to monitor dozens of symbols for my custom criteria. Obviously, I don't want to give up what I have. And, I'm afraid that CyberTrader will be a large resource drain, with limited analytical value.
Any comments? I'd appreciate any feedback.
Regards,
