You don't take into account loyalty. I've been a member of AOL since 1990; in fact, I was a member of Applelink!

Once an email account at AOL is established, people don't want to change it. Quite frankly it's a hassle.

Particularly amongst the younger generation, when all their friends have AOL, they really don't want anything else; this relationship will continue in the future too.

Any sell off on AOL should be used to buy. AOL will dominate broadband in the same way it has dominated community chat. People haven't even begun to think about those possibilities.

I predict a market cap of $1 trillion within the next 3-4 years and quite possibly AOL becoming bigger than Microsoft.
