Doug: I too have heard from my Lucent friends that a "big deal" is in the wind but there has been no announcement. I am an owner of Bay stock because of their Lucent partnering. Lucent is a powerhouse in circuit switched technology but the data market seems to elude them. When and if they decide to attack this market it appears that Bay will be part of their plans. I have made lots of money by listening to friends that work for different companies. I hope the Bay- Lucent thread works out Ken
