New Employee Benefit: Leisure Travel from Your DesktopAzumano.com catches Wells Fargo Bank in their 'Net

PORTLAND, Ore., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Azumano.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aden Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADEN), today unveiled AzumanoGO!, a unique Internet-based leisure travel service for employees of Global 1000 companies. The new service -- which employees will access directly from their company intranets -- has already been requested by Wells Fargo Bank.

Wells Fargo selected Azumano.com last week as their corporate business travel vendor replacing Carlson of Minneapolis, a contract representing approximately $25 million in gross travel sales. With the AzumanoGO! gateway soon to be on about 30,000 employee home pages worldwide, the employee leisure travel deal could represent up to $75 million in annual leisure travel sales as well.

An Azumano.com affiliate, Pacific Gateway (PacificGateway.com), is an air travel ticket consolidator with major contracts with airlines such as United, Northwest, Delta, Continental and Japan Airlines. With the AzumanoGO! technology in place, company employees will have unprecedented access to these deeply discounted airfares direct from their company intranet.

"AzumanoGO! reflects our strategy to transform our 50-year old 'bricks and mortar' travel company into a global leader of Internet-based travel services," said Sho Dozono, president and CEO of Azumano.com. "Using our stellar reputation as a corporate business travel vendor as a springboard, offering this added service to our corporate clients provides our company with exceptionally low cost customer acquisition."

"We expect AzumanoGO! to enhance our business model by providing incremental revenue while strengthening an existing bond with our client," Dozono said. "Corporate human resources executives will have yet another benefit to offer personnel in the workplace -- huge leisure travel savings for employees will now be only one mouse click away."

Azumano.com is in the final stages of selecting a world-leading provider of Internet solutions to develop an exclusive 'travel portal' for corporate intranets which will take interested employees to an AzumanoGO! application dedicated to serving their leisure travel needs. In addition, the vendor will design an Azumano.com Web platform to assure the highest-quality technology solution to the most serious Internet-based travel services challenge -- automating tens of thousands of transactions each day in an attempt to fulfill the highest percentage of orders.

Azumano.com will market the new product to corporations around the world, offering AzumanoGO! to the company's many other nationally-recognized travel services accounts, including NASCAR, Sharp Microelectronics, US Bank and the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers to start. Azumano.com will also work with the technology vendor to develop and roll out other innovative Internet travel services applications.

Azumano.com is a 50-year old, family-founded, retail travel services company with $125 million in 1998 sales. The parent company, Aden Enterprises, is the exclusive travel services licensee of landmark Internet business process patents held by MercExchange, LLC. MercExchange recently petitioned the US Patent and Trademark Office to cancel Priceline.com's later patent and award the online travel company's patent to MercExchange. This administrative action is ongoing.

Aden Enterprises acquired Azumano Travel on April 9, 1999. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Aden Enterprises will be renamed Azumano.com and the combined company will operate on the Internet under this same name. This action is imminent and Dozono will serve as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the new company.

Certain information above contains forward-looking statements that may involve risk and uncertainties. Aden Enterprises believes its expectations are based on reasonable assumptions. However, no assurances can be given that its goals will be achieved. Factors that could cause actual results to differ materially include, but are not limited to, changes in federal, state and local regulations.
