INSIDERS DIDNT SELL 1.9 MILLION SHARES. THOSE SHARES WERE SOLD BY INVESTORS GETTING IN ON THE DEAL EARLIER. THE STOCK WAS ISSUED AT $4.00 PER SHARE WHICH CAUSED THE STOCK TO DROP DRAMATICALLY FROM ITS HIGH OF $12. 90% OF THAT STOCK HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD. SO WITH BIG NEWS OUT AND BIGGER NEWS COMING WE SHOULD BE ON OUR WAY BACK UP.
