Gala-Bari SCAM - CAUTION. NO E-COMMERCE.
In response to your excitement about Gala-Bari. I will assume your excitement is sincere, and not just an attempt to manipulate the stock.
It is unfortunate that you have been MISLEAD by Dianna Hubert the Chairman. The truth is, they have been hyping the company and results for the last few years. Technically, the Network Marketing side of the business started in November 1998. As of January 1999, Dianna represented that she had over 450 active distributors. In reality, there were only about 100 distributors ordering anything.
As of March 1999, almost all of the distributors have left, due to numerous misrepresentations by Dianna. She has bounced checks to distributors, terminated her top distributor, lost contracts with vendors on the internet mall(including the Cigars), and altered Private Placement documents. She owes at least $100,000 to her 3 former VP's and their families, who put money into Gala-Bari for a Private Placement that turned out to be fraudulent on her part(she didn't even register it with the exchange!).
My suggestion is USE EXTREME CAUTION. I personally know of 20 individuals that have lost a small fortune on the Gala-Bari Stock, basing there investment decisions on telephone conversations with Dianna and following her recommendations.
If you really want to see what type of company you are dealing with, go to SEDAR. You can see the long list of resignations from all of the company VP's over the last year and a half. Any company that has this many resignations, obviously has problems.
To add to the problems, her only web programmer (Rainer), and her current President (Hans), have decided to start their own network marketing company and are planning to leave Gala-Bari. And to this day- there is NO E-COMMERCE on the site.
The concept of E-Commerce and Network Marketing is a good one. In fact there are a few companies that are trying to make it work. Amway, the largest Network Marketing company in the world, is launching a site in September. Vanilla.org (public trade?)has launched in Europe and has over 100,000 members.
