When will the buy out occur. The large American aerospace companies are consolidating in fields and after markets they control. Derlan is one of the largest aircraft gear assembly manufactures in the world. Selling their remaining divisions will eliminate their debt. A estimate of their premium aerospace division will determine the stock price.
