Roger; Good chance the major holders of Mer C are the ones who
pushed for this, ( to reward themself ) as they are the ones who
get most of MTSLF, you have to look at the ownership of Mer C
and how much % is held by insiders, ( I don't know ) BUT
I half way expect a tender offer ( after the distribution )
they aren't fools you know.
Target the original IPO price, or a little more, it may take
6 months but it's going there, now there is a chance I could
be wrong but I think I have seen this picture before.
They ain't doing it just to be nice, they are
doing just what you or I would likely do if we had
the controlling interest in Mer C , and knew some one
wanted to buy MTSLF they are looking out
for #1. ( we will never get that news until it's to late, so
don't even look for it )
With her little float mind you (if they move on it before
hand ) this MTSLF could go up like a rocket..
That's built into the float right now, and I just can't
picture the owners of MER C are into dumping MTSLF
on themselves unless they have an ulterial motive,
lets remember they didn't say it would take a share holder vote :-) Such proposed distribution will be subject
to regulatory approvals in Israel and the filing of a registration statement with the U.S. Securities &
Exchange Commission. lets just hope the regulators don't toss
a wrench in the gears.
If she starts up and you want some you better be fast,
she only has a 1.5M float.
Well I'm not trying to spam her, I've been buying since
Mid March and have had an open bid GTC for even more at 1-3/8
all along, and would love it to fill.
So to spam it I would shoot myself in the foot, I can't
honestly say any of the above is true, other than I'm a recent
buyer wanting more, so if any one wants to bad mouth her I wish
they would sell or short or something as I'm trying to double
up as cheap as I can, and this news now has her on my radar
screen so if she so much as bobbles to the upside of 1-5/8,
I will kill the 1-3/8 bid & do a market order and that may
just may stand your hair on end. I don't know if I can, but
I can try.
Maybe she will up and file bankruptcy after the spin off, LOL if so
I'll go down in flames with out ever saying one bad thing about
the company.
I've become mostly an index scalper ( and a good one ) and I don't
usually pick stocks anymore,
but I did this one as a side bet,
and have a strong hunch I'm right.
