Steven, Thanks. I see that. On TPEG news. . .I see this spin-off as a respectable way to raise money for a company. When was the last time you heard of a company saying, "The purpose of the offering is to raise capital to invest in Internet and e-commerce related companies." I like the way it is straight ahead and no non-sense.

They want to be a company that owns internet related. . .their website demonstrates that they understand the Next Generation Internet and how it will affect everyone. But they plainly don't have much dough.

Now, most companies would do an offshore placement, private placement, convertible debentures or dilute their shares and dump into buying. But this company comes out and says they want to raise money and are holding a public offering of shares in a partnership. I wish more companies were as up front with their intentions.
