Marc the answer is, they can't spin it. Everything I read says that the Saudis are curtailing shipment to Asia and Europe while maintaining shipment to the US at nearly the same level. For the US to show numbers like that at this stage of the game can only mean intense demand plus shut in numbers starting to show. TROUGH EARNINING ARE IRRELEVANT AT 20 DOLLARS A BARELL
