John--

In my view, a lot hinges on what the NOVL management does in the next week or two: if they don't make an at least semi-intelligent move in the very near future there'll be no upside to this stock for quite awhile.

Can they really be this inept? (A rhetorical question, Joe, save your ammo for the moment.)

I (perhaps foolishly) cling to the hope that something's in the works. Why haven't they named a new CEO? (And yes, even a really crummy company can get somebody good if they're willing to pay, and God knows NOVL's not cash poor.) Why haven't they replaced the board members who left? I can think of only one reason. If that's it, well, in my view it's showtime, but these things always seem to take so long (except when they catch one entirely by surprise, as in the case of COMS/USRX).

Oh well. Who knows? In the meanwhile, extreme poopiness.

Janice
