Hi David,

Hence 600 shares = approx what? 480,000 shares @ $1.25. I cannot see them using these shares in a shorting play ( unless ). My guess is they would convert then cover any short position they hold ( if any ). Then sell into the rally for final pop profits. In fact smart piggybackers should realize this by now too. What news is due up to disguise a several million share rally over a short period of time.

Now the unless part ( worse case scenario ). The question is what are the chances of PARS doing another convert? How bad/soon/much money do they need. If they only need say 5 mil to go it alone is it possible they would go to the devil for another barter of souls. I hope not. What is the companies current and near term projected Cash Burn rate.
