Happy, >> HAHAHAHAHAH is my response to any ludicrous comment ! Everything KIS said in his post regarding over-broad patent claims is correct, as was stated by Tom D. also. It is simply absurd for anyone to claim a patent on the concept of auctions. Is eBay infringing PriceLine's patents ? Pcln may have a patent on specific computer codes that implement their bid process. That will not deter anyone else from developing similar functionality.
