First of all this is not an IPO as I'm sure you know (just a slip) however I question your information re not being able to short an IPO. I was in conversation with Nasdaq today and happened to ask that question. The response I received was that there is no Nasdaq rule about shorting an IPO or new listing (such as BIDS) If you have information to the contrary, I would like to hear it. Thank you..... Mac
