''UHCI accomplished a great deal in 1998: the clinical laboratory operation was sold to Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp); the conversion to a year-2000 compliant system was completed; automation of claim processing, customer inquiry and administrative functions began; new diagnostic imaging product was developed and launched with two Blue-Chip customers; the home healthcare product was restructured to dramatically improve profitability; and the management team was rebuilt. We are very excited about UHCI's future prospects. The foundation has been laid to accomplish significant cost reductions and revenue growth,'' stated Eugene Jennings, chairman.

That was taken from their Year End financial report on April 9th, 1999. This company had two contracts with Blue-chip companies as of Fourth Quarter 1998, one with GM and the other with Whirlpool. The GM deal was unprofitable and has camaflouged their profitability, and was just announced that it was terminated: "The primary reason for the decrease in revenue relates to the termination of the unprofitable General Motors Corp. administrative services contract for $2.1 million previously announced in the 1998 yearend financial press release. The revenue decrease was partially offset by the initial implementation of the Whirlpool contracts which when fully integrated will generate approximately $7 million in new revenue." The Whirlpool contracts seem much more valuable and will be very benificial to UHCI in the comming months.

I feel that UHCI will continue to generate more contracts and adding to it's profitable and well organized organization.
