Have any of you folks devoted any thought to the impending release of Windows 2000 Beta 3 and it's meaning for CTXS? This is Microsoft's final W2k beta. Final product is scheduled for shipment before end of year.

Citrix's multiuser code is included in every single copy with the likely exception of Windows 2000 Professional (the personal workstation version.)

Research by Datapro (sub of Gartner group) suggests that 60% of buyers that buy Windows 2000 Server for Terminal Services will also buy Metaframe or other competing product. Cubix has a RDP load balancing product that competes with Metaframe in a sortof feeble way. I can't post the research - it is very long and is likely to be copyrighted.

A.G. Edwards recently upgraded the stock from accumulate to buy. Their price target is $1,000 in 2 years. I can't endorse that number - I don't waste my time with long range price forecasts. It is interesting nonetheless.
