I dont think its Seagate specific as Quantum was also up13 % today. I believe they announced solid earnings today. Another factor could be the cloud being lifted in the PC space no thanks to Compaq. With a more positive pc sales outlook--the stock looks undervalued and also theres alot of shorts out there who were betting on a poor PC market to take Seagate down further.
