Speaking on the sidelines at Warner-Lambert's annual meeting, incoming chairman and chief executive Lodewijk de Vink said the company is still in a regulatory ''quiet period'' because of its pending $2.1 billion acquisition of Agouron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AGPH - news). Since AGPH was interested in IMNR could that be on the mind of WLA??
