edamo, enough semantic arguments. There are 3 components required. You're ignoring what you need to support your argument. Your example of the boiling water reactors is inept because boiling water reactors are not ubiquitous. It's also untrue that anyone can produce them. There are teenage kids screwing together PC's though. No, by my definition everything in the world is not a commodity. That's ridiculous. Oil is rising because supply is being cut back.
