A number of analysts have recently suggested Comcast (and other cable stocks) as value plays. In Comcast's case, an investor must decide which class of share to purchase: the A shares (CMCSA) or the K shares (CMCSK). A post on another Comcast thread suggests that the A shares have usual voting privileges (one share - one vote), while the K shares have no vote. If this were the only difference, the K shares should sell for slightly less than the A shares. Over the past few months, however, it appears that the K shares have been selling at a higher price. Do you know of any other differences between the shares? Which would you buy?
