Dear Chin: Whether or not Creatix was private has no bearing on whether or not the stock is on the Corporations books. Please go back and review the press release announcing the acquisition. It may still be available through Yahoo Quotes. If you do you will also see todays (3/3) press releases on Boci wherein they announce a 4th qtr. profit of only 1 cent per share and warn that 1st Quarter will be a LOSS. I also am a shareholder and I'm sorry to say I believe we will be in this stock a long time before we see a profit on our purchase. Where are you from Chin? jdn
