gerard, IMHO, this is the first concrete evidence of N2P IPO coming. Another great discovery by the wizards on the Yahoo board.

Of course, given the Softbank announcement, I guess it is not impossible that IDTC itself could be doing a secondary offering of its own shares in addition?
